Project Management
The experienced project management professionals in the Office of Enrollment Compliance and Design - Project Management Office (PMO) serve as the leaders of change management in the Division of Enrollment. From internal change management control to the creation of new academic programs, OECD-PMO supports compliance and design projects of any size and complexity through the full lifecycle. OECD-PMO leads the Change Advisory Board (CAB) in analysis of cross-functional work to optimize student and staff experiences across the division. All OECD-PMO projects are submitted by CAB members and reviewed by a project manager for release. Current project data is summarized for stakeholders and collaborators.
Typical work can include but is not limited to:
- Projects that involve the university's systems of record, admission, and/or enrollment
- Projects that engage with multiple enrollment units
- Projects that require enrollment or compliance business process changes
- Projects to establish new academic programs or schools
